EVERY THOUGHT UNDER THE OBEDIENCE OF CHRIST

The word of God helps you think straight. When things seem chaotic, go to the word of God to find sense.

Infact always commit your thought life to the Lord. You will be surprised how the Holy Spirit will help you. He brings His word to your remembrance each time you seem to be falling apart.

The Bible says :

The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.

2 Corinthians 10:4‭-‬5 NIV

You are supposed to put every thought that is against the knowledge of God under the submission of Christ. You make a decision to think thoughts that agree with the word of God. And discard thoughts that are against the promises of the word of God.

In your marriage, business, job, health, relationships etc

The Bible teaches to deliberately think good thoughts. It says:

Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.

Philippians 4:8 NIV

Before that the Bible says to give things that cause anxiety , fear, confusion, depression to the Lord. It says :

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

Philippians 4:6 NIV

Concentrating on the word found in the Bible is choosing to concentrate on God. The Bible says :

You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.

Isaiah 26:3

We are putting our thoughts under the obedience of Christ.
